Worlds Best Sunrise

One of the things we love the most about Æðuvík, is the amazing sunrise each morning especially after some rough weather. With the village facing east and front view seats to the horizon + all of natures wonders we sure do feel lucky to call this our home.

At the moment we are planning on expanding the house with an extra guest house, so that you hopefully by the end of next year will be able to experience the beauty yourself.

Our dream is to be self sufficient by 2020 and even though we have a long way to go, things are slowly starting to come together. We are already making plans to make an even bigger potato plantation in may and hopefully grow some carrots, root and rhubarb too.
